From this seemingly chaotic piece emerges a sense or meaning, for it resembles the nervous scribbles of a obsessive mind maybe, or because its movement feels constructed and organic. The composition, framed by a simple signature on the left and the red stripes on the right, give it balance. A good example of the "doodle" bark's style.

The stitched stripes are one of a tree's features : for a given tree, both the stripes pattern and their density are fixed. I enjoy the outputs from trees where the stripes are so dense that the background almost doesn't show up, breathing a lot more negative space into the artwork and leading to strong designs and compositions.

A "Pollen" background and a dashed thread over an Orange paper made up a piece with an incredible energy. I like to think of it as sparklingly joyful, rather than the captivatingly distastrous spectacle of a forest on fire.
